Arkansas Ten Commandments: SB433

Arkansas has become one of several states that have enacted laws allowing the display of the Biblical Ten Commandments in public forums, including public schools and government buildings.  Is this a violation of the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution?  In the episode of "Templates of Truth," Rick M.
